So, I finally got around to making a Static figure. And I still beat Mattel. The legs and arms came from some Star Wars figures, with the head from a Lando Calrissian. The coat and torso are from a Pirates of the Caribbean Will Turner. The distinctive hair was sculpted with Apoxie, and the electrical effect was from a Jedi figure.
